1. What you buy
Each purchase gives you 30 days of online access to one course. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. A repeat purchase adds 30 days to your current end date.
2. Refund window
You may ask for a refund within [TO CONFIRM: refund window, e.g. 7 days of purchase], provided [TO CONFIRM: conditions, e.g. less than 20% of the course completed and no certificate issued]. After that window, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. [TO CONFIRM: Heramb to decide; the system has no automatic window, and refunds are approved manually]
3. How to ask
Email cos@self-skill.com from your account email with your invoice number and the reason. We will reply within [TO CONFIRM: e.g. 2 working days].
4. What happens when a refund is issued
- Course access ends immediately when the refund is processed, for that course.
- We issue a credit note against your invoice and a refund receipt, and email both to you.
- Any certificate for that course may be revoked [TO CONFIRM: confirm certificate handling on refund].
5. How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, banks usually credit it in 5-7 working days, and sometimes longer for international cards. The refund is for the amount you paid, including GST for Indian customers. [TO CONFIRM: confirm whether gateway or currency-conversion charges are deducted]
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank, course access is suspended immediately while the dispute is open.
7. Cancellations
Access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews automatically.
8. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but did not get access, or you were charged twice, email us with the payment reference. A payment that does not complete is normally reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank.
