1. Accounts
- You must give accurate details. Your name appears on invoices, watermarks and certificates.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Each account may use one phone and one computer/tablet, with one active session per device and one device change per type every 30 days.
- Sign-in needs your password (or Google) plus a one-time code emailed to you. Keep your email account secure.
- You must be 18 or older [TO CONFIRM: minimum age].
2. Purchases and access
- Each purchase gives 30 days of access to one course. A repeat purchase adds 30 days.
- Prices are shown in INR excluding GST. For customers in India, 18% GST is added at checkout (CGST + SGST in Maharashtra, IGST in other states). USD purchases by customers outside India are an export of services under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT), so no GST is charged.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We issue a GST tax invoice or an export invoice for every payment.
- Coupons are subject to their own limits (course, currency, expiry and number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, download, redistribute or resell course content; share your login; use automated tools to access the site; or try to get round the security measures. We watch for suspicious activity (for example, many locations or devices) and may suspend or end access without a refund if these terms are broken [TO CONFIRM: confirm no-refund on breach].
4. Intellectual property
All course content, simulators, text, graphics and videos belong to COS or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view them during your access period.
5. Certificates
Certificates show that you completed a COS online course. They are not a licence, qualification or third-party certification unless stated otherwise. We may revoke a certificate obtained by misuse.
6. Disclaimer
Courses are for training. Always follow your employer's procedures, the applicable standards and local regulations in the field. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
7. Availability
We aim for the site to be available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we take a course down permanently during your access period, we will [TO CONFIRM: pro-rata refund or replacement].

9. Law and disputes
